Who you're dealing with
Zoneception is published by NetSmiths Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company no. 17311406), registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom. Contact: hi@netsmiths.com. Purchases are made through Apple's App Store and are additionally governed by Apple's Media Services terms.
The licence
Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use Zoneception on devices signed into your Apple ID. Pro is a one-time purchase covering all 1.x updates; a future major version may be offered as a separate upgrade.
What Zoneception is — and isn't
Zoneception reads and reports on your domain portfolio; it never renews, transfers or modifies domains. Expiry dates and registration data come from public sources and your registrar's API, and may be incomplete or delayed by those sources. Zoneception is an assistant, not a guarantee: you remain responsible for renewing your domains, and NetSmiths Ltd is not liable for the loss of a domain, however it occurs. Your portfolio is yours. Export is available at all times, free, in a readable format. See the privacy policy for how (little) data we handle.
Governing law
